Take subway line 1 or 4 to Seoul Station the night before research. KTX-Eum 005 departs 5:15 AM. Pre-book seats via Korail app. Bring water, snacks, and your appointment confirmation. Most foreign passengers nap.
Walk to the Busan Station subway entrance and take Busan Metro Line 1 to Seomyeon Station. Use Exit 7; Newline Clinic is about 320 m / approximately a 3-minute walk away, behind Lotte Department Store. A taxi is another option. Allow at least 30 minutes of buffer between train arrival and your appointment.
There are many cafés and restaurants around Seomyeon and Lotte Department Store near Newline Clinic. Follow any treatment-specific fasting or medication instructions provided by the clinic; otherwise, keep your pre-appointment routine simple and stay hydrated.
Allow time for registration, physician consultation, consent, and the procedure itself. At Newline Clinic, a Chinese-speaking coordinator is available full-time and English/Japanese interpretation can be arranged. Exact treatment time depends on the procedure and the physician's plan.
Seomyeon has hundreds of restaurants. Suggested for post-treatment: light pho/banh mi, Japanese sushi, or salad-bowl spots. Avoid spicy food for 4–6 hours post-injectable. Take ibuprofen if instructed.
If your plan includes a compatible second treatment, the treating physician will decide the sequence and spacing based on your response and medical suitability. Otherwise, keep the rest of the day low-key and follow your treatment-specific aftercare instructions.
Light dinner. Subway back to Busan Station (6 min). Late afternoon and evening trains run 4:00 PM, 5:30 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:30 PM, 10:30 PM. Pick based on how you feel — push to next train if needed.

Korean public transit normalized masks; nobody will notice. Stash a few KF94 masks in your bag for the journey home.
Follow your procedure-specific food, drink, and medication instructions. Water is usually the simplest choice during the journey, but your clinician's aftercare guidance takes priority.
